When the snow is gone and the ground is warm, this is when your grass starts to grow and is the optimal time for the 1st application. We typically start mid May, this also gives you time to complete a power rake and/or an aeration.

Yes, you can mow your yard before your visit. We do recommend that you do not cut it short. If you are unable to prior to the application our recommendation is to wait 48 hrs after the application to mow.

We recommend you water 4-6 hours after. Depending on the weather, if it is higher than 30 degrees, water an hour after, and on cooler days under 25 degrees, watering may be postponed after the 6 hour threshold.
